Day 01 –Delhi

On arrival you will be met by our representative and transferred to hotel, where we will be holding the rooms on ready occupancy basis. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 – Delhi

Morning city tour of New Delhi covering Birla Temple, India gate, Parliament area, Government buildings, Humayun Tomb, Qutab Minar. Afternoon city tour of Old Delhi covering Gandhi memorial, Jama Masjid, followed by sound & light show at Red Fort. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03-Delhi- Haridwar - Rishikesh

Morning transfer to station to catch Shatabadi Express to Haridwar.On arrival transfer to hotel.

Arrive and check in at the hotel. Afternoon is to be spent on briefing of day routine.

Day 04 – Rishikesh – Day 07 at Rishikesh

A Typical day during the Yoga Training at the hotel.

0630-0730: Practice of Asana.

0730-0830: Breakfast.

0830-1030: Lectures by expert.

1030-1100: Tea Break.

1100-1300: Yoga Nidra (psychic sleep).

1330-1430: Buffet Lunch.

1500-1600: Antar Mauna (practice of inner silence a different way of meditation/relaxation).

1700-1800: Singing of devotional songs.

2000-2100: Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 08 – Rishikesh

Morning practice of Asana, after breakfast city tour including visit to Ashrams, some of which are internationally recognized as center of Philosophical studies, Yoga and Meditation. Lunch at city restaurant. In-time transfer to the railway station to catch train for Delhi dinner on board . Upon arrival to Delhi transfer to the hotel check-in and overnight at the hotel.

Parmarth Niketan, Swargashram, Rishikesh.

Ved Niketan

Phool Chatti Ashram.

Day 09 – Delhi – Agra

Morning drive to Agra en-route visiting Sikandara, on arrival check in into hotel. Afternoon half day city tour is being organized covering Taj Mahal, Red fort, Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10 – Agra – Jaipur

This day drive to Jaipur en-route visiting old deserted town of Mughal Dynasty – Fatehpur Sikri. On arrival check in into hotel. Afternoon enjoy city atmosphere which by many means is fabulous. Overnight at hotel.

Day 11 – Jaipur

Morning you will be taken to Amber Fort, where you will have the sheer pleasure to enjoy the Elephant Ride. Afternoon city tour covering Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Royal Observatory & Bazaar. Overnight at hotel.

Day 12 – Jaipur – Delhi

Morning free. Late afternoon drive back to Delhi upon arrival you will be taken to hotel where we will be holding a few rooms for wash & change. Have your dinner being organized by us. Transfer to International Airport for flight back home.
