Day 01: Delhi:
Arrive at the Airport. Transfer to the Hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 02: Delhi – Dehradun
Early morning transfer to train station to board Shatabdi
exp. For Dehradun. Transfer to Himalayan Institute. Consultation
with the Vaidya’s/Doctor.
Day 03 -10: Himalayan Institute
Minimum 7 days of Panchkarma treatment is highly recommended
for Rejuvenation of body, mind and soul. A normal day during
your stay would be like:
Day 10: Dehradun – Delhi
Transfer to the train station to board Shatabdi Exp. for
Delhi
